  • ►Where can I find my Subscription Number?

    You can locate your subscriber number in several places.

    1. On your mailing label: Your subscriber number appears in the middle of the line above your name and mailing address. Include all digits, including zeros, when entering your subscriber number.
    2. On your renewal notice: Your account number will also appear on renewal notices.
    3. If you still have trouble finding it, you can call customer service at 1-800-253-4555.
    4. If you cannot find your mailing label: fill out our customer service help form and one of our staff will respond as quickly as possible.

    Referring to your subscriber number whenever you contact us will help us to serve you better.

  • ►When was my magazine mailed?

    Coin World is mailed every Monday, Example: On January 10, 2011, the issue with the date of January 24, 2011 was mailed. Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

    If you have missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address on file, or we may have received your payment too late. Please click here to send us the correct address, and ask us to verify your address in our file. Or call our Customer Service representatives at: 1-800-253-4555.

  • ►I have a change of address. Can I change this online?

    You may call our toll free number 1-800-253-4555, or 937-498-0800 for International changes. Please allow up to 4 weeks for an address change to be effective. Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern time. Or, click here to send us your change of address. Please include your old mailing address as well as your new mailing address.

  • ►Can I renew my subscription Online?

  • ►Why do I continue to receive bills after I have paid for my subscription?

    Often payments and invoices pass in the mail; but if you are still receiving bills more than four weeks from the time you sent your payment to us, please let us know so that we can ensure that your account has been properly credited.

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

  • ►Where can I find Coin World on the Newsstand?

    We sell Coin World at most Waldenbooks, B. Dalton, Barnes & Noble, and Borders bookstores.

    • We'll ask for your name, zip code, subscriber number, email address, and mailing address.
    • CoinWorld.com will not share your email address or send you emails unless you specifically request that we do so.
    • You agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use when you register.
    • You'll set up a password
    • If you're a print subscriber, you'll have an opportunity to link your subscription to your online registration.

    Subscribers can view online the most recent edition and archived issues of Coin World.

    Yes. Using the "Share" tab, you may share Coin World Digital Edition articles with friends, subject to a few limitations:

    • Your friend will have access to the shared volume for up to 24 hours from the time that you share it with them (regardless of when they first visit the shared volume).
    • The recipient of a shared version of Coin World Digital Edition may not print or share with other friends.

  • ►Can I print out articles from Coin World Digital Edition?

    Yes.

  • ►When will I get my Digital Edition?

    You will be able to login immediately to view the current issue. For each week after, you will receive an emailed issue alert on every Monday. Be sure to add coinworld@amosmediaonline.com to your email address list so your digital edition will not be caught in a spam filter.
